History
UnderPressure was founded long before our move to Central Florida. In 2005, Owner-Operator Alan Pitman began cleaning roofs as an off-duty Firefighter Paramedic in South Florida. We started with terrible equipment and an even worse cleaning process. We cleaned barrel tile and shingle roofs with high pressure surface cleaning equipment and water. We knew there had to be a better way. By December of 2005, we started experimenting with chemicals and found the best products for each roof surface. Through trial and error, we perfected a process known as chemical roof cleaning. Our process gave us a competitive advantage. We cleaned the roof with a chemical treatment and zero pressure. All Algae was removed from the roof. The results were consistent and repeatable. We grew to be one of the most reliable chemical roof cleaners in South Florida.

Education
Alan Pitman graduated from Lynn University in 2002 with a BS. in Business Administration while playing collegiate baseball.
Community Service
Founder/Owner Alan Pitman has volunteered many hours to the youth baseball community. He has served on the Board of Directors for both Oviedo Babe Ruth and Oviedo Little League baseball organizations. He has dedicated many years of volunteer service leadership as a coach in many sports in the city of Oviedo .
Family
The Pitman family began in 2000 when Alan and Candy met in the gym at 5:30 AM working out with their respective college ball teams. By 2004, they were married and started a family with Cooper and Payton. Both kids have been raised in Geneva and Oviedo. The kids have played and gone to school with your kids and love our hometown.
